March 6, 2019 – March 6, 2019 – At 7:10 pm units from Arlington County and Fairfax County responded to a report of a vehicle overturned with one person trapped at the North Sycamore St and Lee Highway. Engine 106 arrived on scene and found a single vehicle on it’s roof with one occupant trapped by the steering wheel. Members stabilized the vehicle and initiated patient care. Rescue 418 arrived on scene, continued stabilization and removed a door for better patient access. Patient was removed from the vehicle and transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries to a local hospital.
